For the past 28 years, I have been affiliated with Woodward Realty Group, Rumson, NJ. During this time, I have overall consistently been recognized as the top producer for the firm in each of those years.
In December 2008, I earned the Platinum Level of the NJ Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence for the 4th consecutive year, a distinction achieved by only eight Realtors out of 10,000+ agents in Monmouth and Ocean County. In order to attain this honor, one must have annual sales in excess of $25,000,000/year and a minimum of 30 transactions per year. In December 2009 and 2010, I obtained the Gold Level for selling/listing a total volume of $20,000,000 and $23,000,000, respectively.
Referral business underscores the basis of my consistent top level performance. I take a long range view for my clients, and although I work hard to achieve their short term objectives, I provide advice with a longer term perspective in mind. It has been my experience that trust is the key to a successful long term client relationship, and my clients typically commend the direct communication and guidance I provide.
